    I did so much research before purchasing this pillow! For context, I have a history of neck issues - acute torticollis and facet joint lock on one of my cervical vertebras. My neck has been fine for years, but just fine - more often than not I'll wake up with stiff neck throughout the night and it is just annoying. Sometimes it even starts affecting my upper back. I finally decided to try a cervical pillow. Let me tell you - it has now been 3 weeks of daily use and I haven't had ANY neck discomfort whatsoever. NONE. ZERO! I wake up PERFECTLY. This pillow is comfortable for back sleeping and side sleeping (my main position). I feel instant relief and comfort in either position. It's just awesome. Keeps its shape, it's the right amount of soft and stiff to maintain support. Look no further - this is the one. Highly recommend!

I am amazed that I found it on such a low price!As a side and belly sleeper, I find this pillow's ergonomic "hollow" center as a genius design.       What an awesome pillow i never knew i needed. i was forever a stomach sleeper, but started having neck issues when my health condition made me have to sleep on my side. forever a down pillow girl, sleeping on my side and bunching my pillows under my neck got me to the point that i couldn't turn my head. i started looking at neck support pillows, read the reviews and figured i would try it. 3 weeks later and needed to share my total satisfaction with it.. my neck is almost 90% and since it was under 25% i'd say this pillow gets my 5 stars.
